Animal Anatomy & Physiology 1
Introduces the student to the structure and function of the bodies of domestic animals with emphasis on the skeletal, muscular, nervous, integumentary, endocrine, and sensory systems. Medical terminology will be studied throughout the course. Homeostasis will be discussed including the role of control systems such as negative feedback and the relation of form to function.
